Why isn't my glove perfectly rounded straight out of the package?
This is completely normal. During shipping and packaging, the glove is compressed and does not have room to fully expand. As you begin using and breaking in the gloves, they will naturally take on their intended shape and contour.
What glove size should I choose?
The best glove size depends on your body weight, training style, and intended use. Generally, larger gloves provide more protection for sparring, while lighter gloves are preferred for bag work and pad training. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Can I use the same gloves for sparring and bag work?
Certainly! You will have no issues though we recommend having separate gloves for sparring and bag work. This helps extend the life of your equipment.
Why does my headgear feel stiff when I first receive it?
Our headgear is designed with protective padding and premium materials that require a break-in period. With regular use, the headgear will become VERY flexible and conform to your head for a more comfortable fit.
Are your gloves made from genuine leather?
Yes. Our gloves are constructed in Pakistan using premium genuine leather selected for durability, comfort, and long-term performance.
How should I care for my gloves?
Allow your gloves to air dry after every training session. Avoid leaving them in gym bags, hot vehicles, or damp environments. Regular cleaning and proper storage will help preserve the leather and padding.
Why do my new gloves feel tight?
New gloves often fit snugly at first. As the leather and internal materials break in, the gloves will naturally become more comfortable and conform to your hands. A tight glove does not qualify for an exchange, as the gloves are intentionally compact until they are broken in and mold to your hands!
Why does my groin guard feel stiff out of the package?
Like professional-grade headgear, groin guards require a short break-in period. As the materials soften through use, the guard will become more flexible and comfortable while maintaining the protection it was designed to provide.
What is considered normal wear and tear?
Normal wear includes leather creasing, minor cosmetic marks, slight color changes, and gradual softening of padding through use. These are expected characteristics of regularly used boxing equipment.
Do you offer wholesale or gym pricing?
Please contact us directly regarding wholesale orders, gym partnerships, and bulk purchases.
How long does it take to break in my equipment?
Break-in time varies depending on usage, but most customers notice increased comfort and flexibility after several training sessions. Consistent use will help the equipment mold to your body and preferred fit.
Is it normal for leather to develop creases?
Yes. Genuine leather naturally develops creases and character with use. This is a normal part of the break-in process and does not indicate a defect.
